Sizzler is an Indian version of steak salad served
sizzling on a hot stone dish. A ‘sizzler’ is a specific oval serving platter
invented for and by the Steak House industry. It is heated to the point right
before service, that when the finished steak is placed on it, it sizzles
supposedly making the dish more enticing. The rising numbers of steakhouses in
